Style to make your boys stand out

As an expectant mum, I didn’t find out if I was having a boy or a girl. But of course, I knew I wanted a girl. For the totally and utterly superficial reason of the clothes - the wardrobe! Shame on me. But she was number one after all. My wishes came true and as soon as I crossed the threshold with my bundle of joy, I began shopping online. The beautiful, tissue wrapped delights were following soon after, in a slow and steady stream.

When number two came along, again I exercised utter restraint at the 20 week scan. This time, I wanted a boy, naturally, one of each please! Once again, I my hopes were answered. But things were different when I got home this time. I didn’t rush back to my laptop, or drag us all around the shiny new Westfield Centre. In fact I barely spent a bean!

From then on, I realised there’s a huge difference in the boy versus girl shopping experience. When my little boy needs new clothes, I didn’t spend ages deliberating over which gorgeous tee to buy. I struggled to find anything - anything at all - that I liked. It’s so easy to shop for girls. And so disappointing and uninspiring to shop for boys.

There must be millions of mums like me. Who love fashion, love shopping, and want their kids to look their best. So it’s time to do something about it. To put a stop to hideous mini-man outfits. To redress the balance of endless aisles of girly clothes and just a few racks for boys. To create choice, where there is none!

Boys need to look good too. And I’m here to help. I’ve handpicked my favourite boys’ brands, choosing a range of pieces that are unique, hard-wearing and great value for money. You can’t find my range on the High Street. It’s chosen with love for every mum who wants more for her son.
